How do I activate the alerts?
To receive alerts on price drops, order updates and much more, please allow the CHRONEXT App to send you alerts.
If you want to get updates on one of your favourite models, you just need to go to your wishlist and switch the toggle to activate the “Get alert” function.
How do I create an account?
To create your account, please enter your email address. If no existing account is connected to this email, you will be asked to enter your contact details and choose a password. After you complete this step, check your inbox: you will receive an email where you need to confirm your email address. Now you’re ready to log in!
How do I sync my cart across different devices?
If you have recently added products to your cart on another device, you can log in to sync them.
How do I sync my wishlist across different devices?
If you have recently added products to your wishlist on another device, you can log in to sync them.
I already created a CHRONEXT account on the website. Can I log in the App, too?
Yes, you can use the same credentials to login the App and sync your cart and wishlist across all devices for a seamless experience.
How can I delete my account?
You can easily delete your account connected to the CHRONEXT App in My Account > Personal Data. Please note that your account will be deleted from all your devices and your data will be canceled.
